What do pet sitters do?

We come to your home and take care of your animals.  Most people use us for daily dog walks while they are at work 

Do you take pets into your home?

No, we come to your house and keep the pets in a routine as close to normal as possible.  Most animals are much more comfortable in their own homes.  It prevents confusion and abandonment issues.

Yes, we have been bonded and insured since we first started in 1998.  We have never had a claim to file.  In addition to bonding and insurance all of our sitters undergo a national background check.

How can I be sure you are reputable?

We are recommended by all of our clients as well as local veterinarians.  In addition, we give client references with your consultation visit.  Also, we encourage people to check with the BBB as with hiring any service.  We are very proud of our reliable and honest background.

Why did you start this business? 

This started with the encouragement of neighbors and friends.  I have been training dogs privately and would then watch those dogs when the owners went away.  This just happened as a natural progression.

Do you charge more for more than one animal? 

No, we charge for the amount of time spent at your house.  If you have 2 dogs and they can both be walked in the 20 minute visit then that is the price.

We also do not charge for administration of medication for your pet

Yes!  We offer training, instruction in pet care, pet selection, socialization and a host of other pet related help.

 How do I get started?

You can email us or call us to set up an appointment for us to meet you and your pet.  We suggest calling at least two weeks in advance.  If you need service sooner please don't hesitate to give a call though. 
We will come out to your home, meet you and your pet.  Find out where all of the important things are(leash, treats ect) and give you a reference sheet.  
Then you let us know when you want coverage to start.  Simple and painless!
